How to Sign Up for ReachBack

ReachBack can be viewed without an account, or the need to sign in. However, in order to interact with our content on ReachBack, you will need to Sign Up for an account. Follow the steps below to do so.

1. In the top right hand corner of any page within ReachBack, select 'Sign Up'

2. Enter your email address, and a password of your choosing. 

Note: Your password must contain the following:

• 8 characters minimum
• 1 uppercase character
• 1 lowercase character
• 1 number
• 1 special character

3. Select 'Log In'. Scan the QR code using your Authenticator application - read here for more information. 

Once you have entered the 6-digit code, select Continue; you are now logged in.
