Release Notes up to 2024-09-28 Contract Management Sprint 98/99

This release contains any general fixes and small tweaks for this period as we continue to work on new features for our Quarter 3 implementation due next release.

* New + Improved

* Improved Response Required Date 

If a Response Required Date has been calculated within FastDraft this is always to appear as a non-editable field on the pertinent forms - eg  Instruction/Notification/Submission draft. 

* Improved Supplier and Client CWN workflows

It is now possible to toggle off the reply for the notice step of the Supplier CWN and Client CWN workflows

* Improved validation when deactivating a user.   

We have added safeguards to ensure contract notifications are always delivered to an Active user. When a user is deactivated via their Company record or as part of bulk deactivation by Admin users, a warning message will be displayed. This is to ensure that all users named on the dashboard are Active - which ensures notifications from the contract will be received.  (Users who are named on the dashboard are NOT able to disable notifications). 

* Improved visibility of tags^^

We have made the visibility of tags (in register columns and in the relations tab) dependent on whether or not workflow tags have been configured for the contract or project company

* Improved flexibility on naming notifications 

We have removed static naming on some of our workflows, (eg Task Orders) so that if the name is changed within the workflow -  the correct (ie changed) name will be displayed on the relevant notification. 

* New warning message

We recently introduced tracking of Emails on FastDraft. We have added a message 'Communicated date predates this functionality', if the selected notification was communicated before tracking was implemented. 

* Bug fixes

• When linked to a Master Template the Contract list and Contract Summary report should show the Master Template Name (not the template that the master was copied from)
• We have corrected date validation that a date can't be chosen that is greater than 10 years - in the past or the future, even though it could be selected via the calendar. (We currently consider a valid date up to June 2079). 
• We have corrected where an RFQ Relation could not be cleared on a task order when in draft mode.
• We recently implemented a restraint that only System Owners could amend a Company logo. This inadvertently restricted any Admin user from adding a Company logo to a new company. We have now reinstated permissions to add a company logo for the following admin users; Site Support/Site Administrator/Company Administrator/System Administrator/System Owner). 
• We have removed the Contract Dates link on the dashboard if the contract does not have the Implemented CE workflow - previously it would display the Contracts register instead.
