These releases contain any new features, improvements and bug fixes worked on for this period.

New + Improved

* New Power BI bookmarks

We have enabled the ability to capture your current view so that you easily re-apply a set of filters. You can also share that bookmark with users in your organisation, which will apply the same filters but they will still only be able to see the data they are entitled to see, so the numbers you see won't necessarily match. Bookmarks you save and share won't currently work for users outside of your organisation (i.e. they will only work for a user linked to the same company as you in FastDraft). We intend to introduce cross-party bookmark sharing in the near future. 

* New Custom fields access^^

 Custom fields can now be accessed by System and Site Administrators. We are currently working on a new role 'Company Admin' and customer fields will also be available for that role. Please contact support@builtintelligence.com if you would like this functionality. You will need to be signed up with us on the relevant level where you have one or more users in one or more of the above Admin roles.

* New Deemed Acceptance functionality

We have added new optional functionality for two deemed acceptance processes.

• Optionally enable deemed acceptance of a Supplier CEN (Configurable)
• Optionally enable deemed acceptance of a Supplier Programme Submission

* Improved Assessments Workflow

We have added optional extra functionality on the Other PM Assessments workflow. The master/contract template can be updated to control the workflow in a variety of different ways such as:

• For Price Assessments only
• For Time Assessments only
• For Assessments that capture financial values that do or do not impact the price but never for time impacts
• It can also be configured to control whether or not the PM can override the defaults about the pre-configured effect of an assessment (i.e. whether Price or Completion Date are impacted).

* Improved Price Breakdown Display

The price breakdown when selecting currency of a secondary price on dashboard has been amended to match the details and order on a single currency contract. 

* Improved Contract Summary Report

Where custom fields have been added to the Contract Overview page these will now be included in the Contract Summary report - this will allow you to filter the 'My Contracts' page based on custom data. 

* Improved Secondary Prices and Dates information

• Secondary Prices removed from PM Time Assessments as intended for Price Changes only. 
• Secondary Dates removed from PM Price Assessments as intended for Price Changes only.

* Improved Default templates 

We have updated some of our master default templates - NEC4 ECC, NEC4 PSC and NEC4 TSC. They now include the Other Certificate workflow as standard - the first of our templates to do so.  Other Assessment workflow has also been added but requires more development to be readily available.  Clause X29 (Climate Change) has also been added to the Submissions workflow.

NEC4 TSC Master Template has been updated to include 'Instruction to Quote' as a mandatory step in the Task Order process.  The capability for CE's to extend the service end date period (not valid under standard NEC4 TSC terms) has also been removed.
