This release contains the following improvements and Bug fixes. 

 

*Improvements

Retain supported formatting when pasting formatted text into a long text field.

A number of users had reported frustration that text copied and pasted into description fields was losing its formatting. In response to this feedback, where the source contains explicit, structured formatting information (e.g. Word or HTML), FastDraft will now attempt to retain formatting such as bold/italics/bullets, font colour, etc. Unfortunately, due to the complexities of other source types where the formatting may not be explicitly declared, formatting from other sources (e.g. pdf) may not be retained when pasted into FastDraft. 

Allow additional bulk imports for Site Administrators and Company Administrators.

Add new date types along with the ability to configure the label of each.
 
In response to feedback, additional date types are now configurable, see below. The intent is to avoid embedding contract‑specific legal meaning in the types themselves. Legal effects must be handled through configuration of the appropriate label within each contract. These can be amended via the global resources tab on the relevant template the contract is using.

Allow Scheduled Reports to be run by CompanyID

It's now possible to schedule reports for specific companies so that custom fields can be included in scheduled reports. This is because custom fields can be configured separately for each Project Company.

Add “Awareness Date”.

Awareness Date is now an available column in EWN and Compensation Event registers and aggregate reports.

AI Chatbot History

We have added the capability to view 10 previous chats and to favourite, rename and delete previous chats.

 

*Bug Fixes

  • Monthly Aggregate Report Displaying Daily Reports When First Executed
  • Register reports not cleaning up old reports after 7 days and scheduled reports needed hard deleting
  • Contract Price & Completion date records were not being created for imported contracts
  • Contract Users Bulk import stuck on loading
  • Duplicate Project Name could be created via bulk import
  • Duplicate Contract Name could be created via bulk import

  • TypeError when communicating Supplier CEs
