This release contains any new features, improvements and bug fixes worked on for this period. This is a small release as we are working on some larger features which will be announced soon. 

New + Improved

* Improved template placeholders

Currently in workflows that support custom reply settings the word reply in amber is sometimes seen.  Based on support tickets raised, this is confusing to users as they perceive it means replies are switched on for that dropdown option, instead of a change has been made to the default.  In order to reduce confusion we have changed the text to 'Custom' to denote that custom settings apply to this dropdown value.

If a reply is not required on a workflow where the default setting is for replies enabled, then when switching off the reply 'No Reply' will be visible against the clause in amber. 

* Improved Print Button

We have removed one of the print buttons and merged the 2 options under one print button. The option to print a reply will only appear if a reply exists.

* Bug fixes

The following bugs have been rectified: -

• We have amended the status on an Early Warning to 'Extra meeting required' or 'Extra Meeting not required' as this was confusing some users. 

'Extra Meeting not required' will appear for the first 2 options in the below dropdown. 

• Custom Fields allow for multiple labels with the same language but with a single property name it  was causing it to duplicate the same value.  
• When a CE quote was accepted that amended the Completion Date of a Task it no longer appeared in the Revised Completion Date column of the Task Order register. 
• When a contract status is updated more than once, the previous status is also displayed on the Dashboard. (This is unlikely to happen to our user as changing contract states is restricted to an admin account)
