This release contains any general fixes and small tweaks for this period as we continue to work on new features for our Quarter 3 implementation.
* New + Improved
* New Aggregate Reports
We have created three extra reports
-
Task Order Quotations report
-
Project Order Quotations report
- Contract Other Dates report and Contract Other Date Changes (Secondary Dates)
* Improved Contract Dashboard
We have removed dashboard widgets if the workflow they exist for does not exist in the contract. For example if a contract does not contain the Early Warnings Workflow, then the Early Warning dashboard widget will not be displayed.
* Improved Secondary Date validation
When adding Secondary Dates to a contract - only the relevant types of Secondary Dates for the contract will be available to select. Previously all types of date were shown.
* Improved Contract update validations
To mitigate all risk, for phase 1, we have introduced a restriction that only System Owners can change a company logo for a Company - previously only a warning message would pop up. Phase 2 will allow Admin users to add logos on Companies where they do not have one - ie New sets ups or have never had one. In the meantime - please contact support@builtintelligence.com if you need help.
* Improved Placeholder Management for Clause/Type
Standardise capabilities for UnifiedClause placeholder (i.e. so that capabilities in Submissions match those in Instructions and Notifications) As mentioned in Sprint 94 - This is a precursor to a much bigger change we are working on. These can effectively sit redundant in your master workflows. You can continue to use existing placeholders and, at this stage, we recommend you do, as currently the new placeholders will be harder to manage.
* Bug fixes
-
Deemed acceptance on Client CEN was not updating to the correct status - this has now been corrected.
-
There was an issue when a project containing a custom field was edited, the amendments were not saved when the project was updated.
