This release contains any general fixes and small tweaks for this period as we continue to work on new features for our Quarter 3 implementation.
* New + Improved
* New Defect Date Visibility
When a completion certificate is raised and communicated, we can now calculate the defects date and display this on the contract dashboard, as well as in the Contracts List and Contract Summary reports.
* New workflow for RFI/TQ
After several requests from our customers we have created a new workflow PM RFI/TQ's. Currently only the Contractor was able to raise them. Please contact support@builtintelligence.com if you would like it enabled on your existing contracts if you already have the RFI/TQ workflow enabled. For customers with their own dedicated instance, you will need to enable the workflow via the master workflows first.
* New workflow
A new Supplier to Supervisor Notifications workflow has been added to the Notifications workflow group. This will need to be added via Master Workflows in order to become available.
* Improved Dashboard
We have added the Contract name in full for easier visibility due to the length of some contract names.
* Improved Claims with notice workflow
Claims with Notice will now use standard rules for calculating response dates if the Event Awareness Date is hidden.
* Improved Financial Limits
Where enabled, Financial Limit checks (which can be set at company level or overridden at contract level and toggled on/off per workflow) will now be applied when submitting a Quote, Submission with Quote, Claim or Payment Application if supplier users have limits set (they were previously only applied for the party authorising additional spend/payment).
* Improved Asite integration
We have made some usability enhancements in Asite for one of customers.
* Bug fixes
