Release Notes up to 2024-11-23 Contract Management Sprint 103

This release contains a few improvements and bug fixes. We are also working on new features that will be announced in the coming months. 

* New + Improved

* Improved validation on contract changes

We have added validation when visiting the Contract Overview page to check whether all sending parties in the contract/master template exist in the Contract Overview.

* Improved standardisation

We have standardised the way CreatedBy and CommunicatedBy are recorded in all API endpoints and migrated existing data into the new structure. 

* Performance improvements

We continue to improve RegisterList performance. 

* Bug fixes

• Corrected the name in the notified column on several workflow registers. It was incorrectly keeping the draft by name. 
• The 'Communicated by' column was missing on  the RFI/TQ register 
• Email Notification Button not showing on Payment Workflow for Batch payments
