This release contains a couple of improvements The next release will be our first Quarterly one, introducing some new features.

- On contracts where contract level limits are enabled the default limit for a contract user is now set to null (unlimited) rather than 0.
- Upgrades to controllers in preparation for enabling bulk imports
- We have updated our default NEC3/NEC4 templates. These include various minor tweaks. The main area of change was correction of Risk/Early Warning terminology (which differs between NEC3 and NEC4) and standardisation of some of the CE placeholders.
- API changes to improve speed issues on the core workflow registers.
