Release Notes up to 2025-07-06 Contract Management Sprint 119

This release contains a couple of improvements and some bug fixes.

* Improvements

We have made the following improvements to our Admin functions 

• Added validation to the template editor to prevent Early Warning dropdown [EWRelationEnabled] being added to CE's if Early Warning Group [101] is absent
• Reduced wait time from 60 seconds to 10 seconds when applying status updates to a single-user (e.g. Activate/deactivate or add/remove Power BI access)
• Added validation to prevent a failed export from repeatedly being rescheduled

* Bug fixes

We have corrected the following;

• Fixed a minor issue whereby the Instructions dropdown on a PM CE was from picking up a default label instead of as configured in Fields placeholder
• Delay damages calculations period options were unavailable for selection on PM Task Order RTQ
