** Notes
The introduction of the new Supplier Proposed Variation workflow has had a knock-on effect for the existing PM Proposed Instructions. Strictly speaking a Proposed Instruction is not a CE so should not be getting allocated a CE reference until it has been implemented. The same (or equivalent) is true for a Supplier Proposed Variation under IChemE.
That's something we receive feedback on from time to time so, whilst implementing the new workflow we took the opportunity to address this so that it works consistently in both cases. Consequently, following this sprint, both the new Supplier Proposed Variation and existing PM Proposed Instruction workflows, will only be allocated a CE reference after a Quote has been Accepted or CE Assessment has been communicated.
This change will not impact historic notices which is why you'll still see anything raised prior to Saturday 19th July has an allocated CE reference irregardless of the quote status. If you have any concerns on that please let us know. We have put up an in-App notification to notify users to this effect.
