Why should I download my Certificates?

When you finish a course in our Academy, you can view/download/print your certificate. Downloading a certificate after completing a course serves several purposes:

1. Recognition of Achievement
   
   • The certificate acknowledges your successful completion of the course, providing official recognition of your efforts and knowledge gained.
2. Professional Credential
   • The certificate can be used as tangible proof of your skills and expertise, serving as a valuable addition to your professional portfolio or resume.
3. Verification for Employers or Institutions
   • Employers and other institutions may require proof of your course completion. 
4. Documentation for CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
   • Having a certificate can serve as documentation of your further learning and development, if you plan to pursue additional courses or certifications. 

How can I view my Certificates?

To view your Certificates, you will need to start on your 'My Learning' homepage. 

Grid View

1. Under 'Completed', find the course and select Details.

2. Select View Certificate

List View

1. Under 'Completed', locate the course and select View Certificate

How can I download/print my Certificates?

Download

1. Select Print in the top right-hand corner of your Certificate.

2. In the 'Destination' drop-down, select Save as PDF.

3. Save the Certificate in your chosen Finder folder, or to your Downloads.

Print

1. Select Print in the top right-hand corner of your Certificate.

2. In the 'Destination' drop-down, select your chosen Printer, then select Print.
