Our Contributors and users – the community – are the pulse of Built Intelligence. The following guidelines are here to help you understand what it means to be a member of Built Intelligence, whether you're interacting with each other or members of our team. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in warnings, content deletion and eventual account deletion.
Be Kind - There's a real person behind each BuiltIntelligence profile and support email. Treat others with generosity of spirit. Built Intelligence is not a venue for you to harass, abuse, bully, or intimidate others. Course reviews are meant to help members of the community improve; they are not a place for rants or spam. Do not use public community spaces to dispute transactions, provide site-related feedback, or report technical issues. Instead, contact our Support team at support@builtintelligence.com and we’ll help you out right away.
Share Respectfully - You may not upload illegal, hateful, or explicit content, or content that promotes fraudulent or dubious business schemes, or the use of weapons or violence. You may not use community spaces, such as course "community" boards or ReachBack help desks to promote yourself or your own Built Intelligence courses. Using Built Intelligence as a proxy to other websites, services, or competitors is also not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any deceptive, unwelcome or repetitive content that does not positively contribute to our creative community, including courses from the same Contributor that include repetitive or duplicate content. Built Intelligence prohibits any fraudulent or misleading referral or course review activity (including but not limited to: using multiple identities, email addresses or Built Intelligence accounts, providing false or misleading information, or attempting to "game" the trending algorithm) and reserves the right to take action against any accounts in violation of this policy. Additionally, Contributors may not publish courses into our Premium catalogue that are available for free outside of Built Intelligence platform (in full).
Share What You Make - You are fully responsible for the ownership of the content you share on Built Intelligence, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for violations of intellectual property rights. Whether you are posting a project or publishing your own Built Intelligence course, all of the following must apply:
- You must be the primary content producer behind your work. Even if you own the content, you may not publish courses that you are not directly teaching yourself. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is copyrighted or trademarked by another party.
- If you are publishing a course on Built, your Contributor name must match the person narrating the course.
- You must have the proper authorisation for any supplemental material that you’ve included (such as images or extracts from books).
Built Intelligence courses are intended for personal use and are not to be re-distributed. Do not download material unless there is a specific “download” option provided by Built Intelligence.
