New + Improved
* Platform as a Service (PaaS) **
PaaS will provide more scalable, reliable and performance optimized infrastructure for the FD platform. This will provide improved performance to our users (faster load times) as well as improved reliability allowing us to recover from “disasters” more efficiently and effectively.
* Update to Aggregate reports to use a Vertical Pipe delimiter rather than a comma ^^
Formatting of the reports have been changed to aid extracting required data for reporting in third party tools as such as Power BI and data manipulation in Excel.
* Include users email address in user dropdown on Contract / Contract Users configuration pages ^^
Previously when assigning users to a contract the dropdown only contained names. We can now distinguish between two users with the same name (e.g. Chris Corr) but different emails - ccorr@builtintelligence.com and chriscorr@builtintelligence.com as the email is now also displayed. This enhancement will help avoid accidently assigning the wrong user to a contract.
* Add support for 2 additional reject reasons on program workflow ^^
There are now 2 additional reject reasons that can be made available and customisable on the on programme workflow.
* Increased max allowable size for the Compensation Event type field
Up to 250 characters.
* Updated API / Swagger documentation
We are improving our API documentation to help customers who want to integrate with our API. This will provide them with detailed information about the methods and models each request requires and provide a “try it” feature for the users.
* Updated aggregate reports ^^
The aggregated reports have been updated to include more information, Contract ID, Project id, Form ID, Currency and a full URL link to notification within the platform rather than a hyperlink.
* UI Improvements
Validation when adding contract users based on the party and users company
Text improvements on Communications button for associated workflows
Disabling login fields while action is processing.
Notes
^^ Items marked with a double up arrow require specific permissions or subscription types before they are available.
** Items marked with a double asterix will provide improved scalability, performance and reliability for the platform and will be rolled out in the near future.
