This release contains bug fixes, improvements, and new features. 

*Bug Fixes

• On submission of an interim quote no Action is being created to remind the supplier to submit another quote
• Account listed twice in system users register
• Unified Platform not showing all available FastDraft instances
• Added new table to identify contracts whose template contains access filters
• Tactical short term fix to exclude contracts from global search results if the contract template contains access filters [the API is unable to determine which workflows are impacted so the whole contract is excluded for now]

*Improvements

• Added the following as available columns in all registers (where applicable):
  • Drafted by
  • Reply draft by
  • Draft notified to
  • Reply draft notified to
• Allow PM to decide to notify a CEN or Proposed Instruction or reply to a Supplier CEN without including an instruction to quote [to cover circumstances where the contract requires the PM to assess (e.g. no accepted programme under some NEC contracts) and for enhanced JCT compliance]
• Add a prompt to ask if I would like to create a relationship to the current item when clicking 'Create New' or 'Create New from Clause/Type' plus allow users to manage their own preferences relating to this feature

We have introduced new functionality that allows you to subscribe to a recurring email reminder for the number of outstanding actions you have across your FastDraft contracts.

New Payment Dates Widget

There is a new payment dates widget available for inclusion in the configurable contract dashboard feature. This widget is designed to show you the next payment dates that are due.

Improved JCT Compliance (also applicable to other contract types)

• Due dates in the Compensation Events group can now be configured to be calculated from either Notified Date or Awareness Date or Instruction Date.
• Payment date calculations differ depending on whether the application was late or on time.
• Compensation Events/Claims/Variations can now be configured to be 'cost only' or 'time only' based on clause/type (with different quote/response timescales applied to each where appropriate).
• Allow PM to decide not to instruct a quote when notifying a Variation.
