How to create an Actions calendar subscription
FastDraft Actions can be synched to your calendar via the All Actions Register, which you can find at the top of your left-hand navigation panel.
In the top right corner, click the three dots button, and select Link/Subscribe to Calendar
You must then complete the following steps...
Select a date filter - you can either leave the box ticked to sync all items, or if you only want to sync items within a certain date range you can select this range using the calendar buttons.
Select whether you want to sync all party actions, or only your own party's actions.
Select whether you would like these actions to show as calendar events, or To-Do items. The latter is not supported with Microsoft Outlook.
Select when you would like your calendar to remind you of these outstanding actions. You can select no reminder, at time of the event, 1 day before, or 1 week before.
Once you've selected your reminder time, you can select how you would like to be reminded - via a display notification, or an email notification.
Lastly, confirm all details are correct, and click Generate Subscription.
Once you've generated the subscription, you'll get a unique calendar subscription link which you can copy into your external calendar.
