Release Notes up to 2024-10-26 Contract Management Sprint 101

These releases contain any new features, improvements and bug fixes worked on for this quarter and period.

* New Features 

The below are new features that are available to all our customers.  If you would like any of these to be made available for you to use on your account please contact your Account Manager - if you are unaware of who to speak to raise a support ticket by e-mailing: support@builtintelligence.com 

* Actions Register/To-Do List

We have developed new functionality to remind users to perform separate additional tasks (e.g. communicate a related notice or perform an offline activity) by semi-automating the process of manually creating reminder actions.  Please read our support articles here and here for further information. 

* Scheduled/Recurring Tasks

* Enhanced Email Notifications

We have listened to feedback from our users, that they would like to see more content in their email notifications. In response to that feedback, we've now implemented enhanced email capabilities. Please read here for further details.

* Enhanced Email Distribution Rules

A potential advantage of enabling full content emails would be controlling where the FastDraft notifications are delivered and retaining your own full audit trail of who was emailed in each case as all of that information would reside within your own email application.  For further information, please read here

* Improvements

We have made improvements to the following;

• Performance to the registers on FastDraft
• We have standardised the way CreatedBy and CommunicatedBy are recorded in all API endpoints and migrated existing data into the new structure. 

* Bug fixes

• We have corrected a date validation error on Task Orders that was introduced in Sprint 98
