Why clear cache/cookies?
Sometimes you might find that you're having trouble logging in, for example if you see the below screenshot:
Or perhaps certain pages/content are struggling to load, or are not loading correctly.
In both of these cases it's useful to clear your cache/cookies in the first instance as a troubleshooting step. Below are instructions on how to clear your cache/cookies on both Chrome and Edge browsers.
Note: before clearing anything, please close down any open tabs you have for FastDraft or our Academy.
Chrome
Copy chrome://settings/content/all into the address bar.
Search for builtintelligence and delete all entries in the dropdown (or click Delete Displayed Data).
Microsoft Edge
Copy edge://settings/content/cookies/siteData into the address bar
Search for builtintelligence and delete all entries in the dropdown (or click Remove All Shown).
