This article is a guide to using the Other Assessments (exc. CE's) workflow to update existing Task/Project Orders.

How to configure the workflow
In the left-hand navigation panel, under Settings go to Contract > Contract Template.
In Workflow Groups, go to Other Assessments (excluding CE's) > Placeholders.
From the dropdown, select either TaskOrderOptionEnabled or ProjectOrderOptionEnabled (depending on which is relevant to your contract).
Once added to the Placeholders list, select the placeholder you've added and toggle the 'Enabled' switch to Yes.
Click Update Placeholder > Update Workflow Group > Save Changes.
How to update Task/Project Orders using the Other Assessments (exc. CE's) workflow
From the Other Assessments (exc. CE's) register, click Create New.
While filling out the draft form, select the relevant Task Order/Project Order. This will allow the Task Order/Project Order prices to be updated.
The Task Order/Project Order completion date can be amended using the Other Date Changes field at the bottom of the form.
Once communicated, any changes you've made will update in the Task Order/Project Order register.
