Select a contract
After logging in you will see the My Contracts page. This will show all the contracts that you have permission to view on the system. Click on your chosen contract to be taken into that contract.
If you have lots of contracts, you can also search across the whole Register, search individual data fields e.g. just contract title, reorder the listing of your contract or filter your contracts a number of different ways, to help find the right contract.
Reordering the register
You can reorder the listing of your contracts in the Register by clicking on any of the columns in the Register and clicking it again to reorder in the opposite order. An icon will appear after you have done this in the column selected, to show you the Register is ordered by this column in either ascent or descent order.
Search your contracts
From the My Contracts page you can search your contracts to find a specific contract. This can be done across the whole register of your contracts or across individual columns. The register search is located in the top right corner of the register.
The data field search is at the top of each data column.
The global search is in the top navigation panel and searches across contracts.
Filter your contracts
From the My Contracts page you can filter the view of your contracts by selecting the column that you wish to filter by and clicking the filter icon. If you wish to filter by data which isn't currently displayed in the register, like for example, implemented value of CEs, you will need to add additional data fields to your Register first.
You will then be presented with a number of options depending on the data type.
For text fields you can do smart filters for complex filters, such as:-
- Contains
- Does not contain
- Ends with
- Starts with
- Equals
- Does not equal
For text fields you can do smart filters by bandings.
For date fields you can do smart filters for complex logic, such as:-
- Equals
- Does not equal
- Greater than
- Less than
- Greater than and equal to
- Less than and equal to
- Between
For date fields you can filter by Year, Month and Day, using the date selector icon.
For numeric fields you can do smart filters by value bandings and specific amounts.
Add additional data fields to your register
The "column chooser" feature allows you to add any of the additional data fields that are associated with each contract into your Register. You can do this by clicking the column chooser icon.
With the column chooser fields you can add any of the following data fields to the Register so you can complete additional filters and searches, on this data:
- Contract Name
- Project Name
- Contract Type
- Contract state
- Supplier
- Original Contract Price
- Current Contract Price
- Original Completion Date
- Current Completion Date
- Total Certified
- Lead Consultant/Contractor
- Lead Client

- Currency
- PO Number
- PO Value
- Project Code
- Actual Completion Date
- Contract ID
- Contract Number
- Party Structure
- Template Type
- Template Name
- Forecast - Cost

- Hubs
- Frameworks

- Other Tags
The column chooser box can be moved around the screen by dragging the top of the box, and the size of the box can be changed by hovering over the edges of the box and dragging outwards and inwards.
To add a column, simply tick the box, and to remove a column just untick the box.
Export a list of your contracts
There may also be occasions when you need to export a list of your contracts. You can do this by selecting the export icon and your browser should automatically start downloading a CSV file.
Return to the My Contracts page from a contract
If you need to select another contract from the My Contracts page, you can do this a number of ways. You can select the home icon in either breadcrumb navigation or in the left-hand hand navigation panel (desktop only)...
...or by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner.
