In the left hand navigation panel (desktop) at the bottom, under the Smart Links section are a number of useful links.

Clicking Support will take you to our Help Centre.

New Features

Clicking New Features will take you to our Product Feature Updates.

ReachBack

Clicking ReachBack will take you to our free community helpdesk, ReachBack. 

In the case of needing technical, NEC support, as opposed to product support, please use this link and reach out to our industry experts for advice.

About

Clicking About will show you what current Sprint Cycle we are on. For example, in the image below you can see the UI Version is 1.91.1, which means the corresponding Sprint Cycle is Sprint 91. 

Accessibility
