What is a Contract Administrator?
As an enterprise customer using your own Dedicated Instance of FastDraft some users may require administrative permissions limited to creating contracts and adding/removing users.
It is possible to have more than one person assigned the role of Contract Administrator.
Companies
Contract Administrators will be able to manage all companies and company users within FastDraft. There are a number of activities available within a company record for a Contract Administrator, including:
- Updated company record - i.e. address, frameworks, company number, 'enable company users', etc.
- Adding new company users
- Managing Hub users
- Managing financial limits for company users
- Allow Power BI menus
- Manage user's email preferences on/off
Contract Administrators will not be able to upload a company logo, or deactivate a company record.
When adding a new company user, Contract Administrators will be able to add the following:
- Contract Administrators
- User Administrators
- View All users
- View Own users
- View All Hub users
- General Users
Contract Administrators will be able to create new company records for suppliers, and they can add users from all companies.

Projects
Contract Administrators will be able to create new projects. Projects are used to create and link contracts.
Within a project, a Contract Administrator will be able to:
- Update the project name, type and code
Contract Administrators will not be able to updated the project status (active, archive, or delete).

Contract Administrators will be able to create new contracts, and they can update the Contract Overview.
Contract Administrators will not be able to mark contracts as completed/archived/deleted on the Contract Overview.
Demo Contracts
A Contract Administrator will be able to create and administer demo contracts, the same as live contracts.

Contract Administrators will be able to manage which users have access to their contracts. These users can be added from any company record.

A Contract Administrator will be able to view all contract templates with Read Only access.

Reporting
Aggregate Reports
Contract Administrators will be able to use the Aggregate Reports feature - they can select any 'Report Type' and see all companies as an option in the 'Project Company' dropdown list (assuming there is more than one Project Company), and will be able to see all data.
