What is a Site Administrator?
As an enterprise customer using your own Dedicated Instance of FastDraft, some users may require full control of all configurable aspects of the system, including contract templates and tags turning on/off embedded Power BI per user.
It is possible to have more than one person assigned the role of Site Administrator.
Companies
Site Administrators will be able to manage all companies and company users within FastDraft. There are a number of activities available within a company record for a Site Administrator, including:
- Uploading a company logo - only if this is the first logo assigned to a company record
- Update company record - i.e. address, frameworks, company number, 'enable company users', etc.
- Adding new company users
- Deactivating company users
- Managing Hub users
- Managing financial limits for company users
- Allow Power BI menus
- Manager user's email preferences on/off
Site Administrators will be able to deactivate all companies, if required.
When adding a new company users, Site Administrators will be able to add the following:
- Site Administrators
- Site Supports
- Super Users
- Contract Administrators
- User Administrators
- View All users
- View Own users
- View All Hub users
- General Users
Site Administrators will be able to create new company records for suppliers, and they can add/remove users from all companies.

Projects
Site Administrators will be able to create new projects. Projects are used to create and link contracts.
Within a project, a Site Administrator will be able to:
- Update the project name, type and code
- Update the project status (active, archive, or delete)

Contracts
Site Administrators will be able to create new contracts, and they can update the Contract Overview. Site Administrators can also mark contracts as completed/archived/deleted on the Contract Overview.
Demo Contracts
A Site Administrator will be able to create and administer demo contracts, the same as live contracts.

Contract Users
Site Administrators will be able to manage which users have access to their contracts. These users can be added from any company record. They can also allocate/remove access to the Exports menu for specific user(s).
Add User to Multiple Contracts
A Site Administrator will be able to use the Add User to Multiple Contracts feature for users of all company records.

Site Administrators will be able to create tags, including Projects and Hubs. They will be able to create these tags for any company.

Reporting
Aggregate Reports
Site Administrators will be able to use the Aggregate Reports feature - they can select any 'Report Type' and see all companies as an option in the 'Project Company' dropdown list (assuming there is more than one Project Company), and will be able to see all data.
Contract Exports
Site Administrators will be able to export a contract - this is usually done after completion, or archiving of the contract, and is done in the Contract Overview.

Site Administrators will be able to view the System User Report and the Contract Users Register, and will see all data for every user, company, and contract record.
