Getting started with the Aggregated Reporting Tool

The Aggregated reporting tool provides aggregated data sets for each workflow, across either all contracts if you have System Admin or Superuser permissions or all contracts each end user can access. It does not currently support aggregation of multiple workflows across all of your contracts, only each workflow individually. This can be done using macros in excel or by using third party reporting tool to aggregate data.

Each dataset contains almost all of the data associated with an API endpoints or workflows allowing a very high degree of flexibility in third party tools like excel or Power BI. By way of example the following data fields are provided with the Early Warning data set for each early warning:

How to create new reports

Due to the potential size of the datasets for some queries, the tool doesn't display results on screen as this would slow down the end user machine unnecessarily. Instead our platform aggregates the dataset for you on our servers and saves a copy of the report to a Register. To start a new report request select the data set you want and time frame (optional) and click the Start Process action button. You can also select the Contract/Project Status you wish to see, though this is optional. 

The Aggregate Reports List provides a historical audit list of all report run.

We are continually adding extra relevant information to the aggregate reports, e.g. Multi Currency support, and updates to allow for better analysis of data outside of FastDraft, i.e. Field IDs for Project, Contract and Form.   

Updates to the platform can be accessed either via Reachback, or via New Features on the left hand side pane under smart links.
