This article is a guide to using the System Users report in FastDraft.

How to use the System Users Report
The System Users Report can be accessed by those with the following access levels in FastDraft:
- Site Administrator
- Company Administrator
- Site Support
- Super User
- Contract Administrator
- User Administrator
You can find it in the left-hand navigation panel, under Admin Reports.
By default, all columns are visible, but you can choose to hide certain columns using the Column Chooser should you wish.
The System Users Report will provide data for all users you have permission to view - for example, if you are Company Administrator, you will only be able to see users for your company.
It reports on the following information:
- Whether the user's account is active or passive
- Account ID, name, username and email address
- What type of account the user has (i.e. admin or end user)
- Company Name, country, job title
- Last Login Date, Last Edited Date, Last Edited By, and Added By
- Financial Limit Amount and Currency (if enabled)
- If the user has access to Power BI menus (if enabled)
- If the user has disabled their email notifications, or disabled emails when sender
Each column is filterable, using the filter icon.
You can also export the report into an excel spreadsheet, by clicking the Export button.
