This article is a guide to amending contracts with regards to user email notifications.

Introduction
The Master Templates have default settings on the workflows controlling what permissions and notifications party types have. Contracts are set up using the master template but can be amended at contract level to cater for requirements for that particular contract. These amendments can only be made by Admin users.
How to edit the party type to receive specific notifications
All workflows within a contract template detail what action party types/roles can do and which party types receive notifications. Select the contract template from the left hand navigation panel and select the relevant workflow.
Select the workflow group you want to amend, then the Workflows tab, then the individual workflow.
In this example the Early Warnings workflow has been selected. Click on the workflow (e.g. PM Early Warnings) and scroll down to Notify User Filter.
Click on the and select Add Condition.
Click on <enter a value> to see the choices available
Click on Update Workflow.
Update any other workflows within the workflow group with any extra party recipients and when complete click Update Workflow Group.
Once all workflows and workflow groups have been updated click Save Changes.
