Introduction
It's now also possible to configure certain communications to create a follow-up action based on the clause/type. For example, it's now possible to configure that a Project Manager's instruction to submit a programme creates an action on the Contractor to submit a programme a configured number of days later or to configure a reminder to resubmit when a programme is not accepted. Drop-down options can either be configured to always generate a follow-up action or to present a pop-up asking the user whether they would like to create a follow-up action. In either case, the resultant action is referred to as auto-generated. Auto-generated actions have a link to both the user and the communication that created them and can be edited/updated manually.
The following lists show which clauses are configured, by default, to either prompt the user to create a follow up action, or configured to automatically create a follow up action.
